Shipping

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item", or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping site wide.

You can see each product's estimated arrival date during the checkout process. Please account for 1-3 days for order processing.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through Anansi Creative Studio are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Anansi Creative Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email info@anansicreativestudio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping label. After receiving your RMA#, please place the unaltered, unused, and undamaged item and return form securely in its original packaging and mail your return the following address:

Please note, Anansi Creative Studio will provide a free return shipping label. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please send photos of the damaged item to info@anansicreativestudio.com below to arrange a refund or exchange.
